About Me

Hi! I’m Caitlin DeSantis, co-founding agent of The DeSantis Young Team. After nearly 16 years of working for Fortune 500 companies in high level leadership roles, I decided to follow my passion for real estate. I am a full-time licensed REALTOR® and lead agent of our boutique team. That means we are available 24/7, but not so large that you will get lost in the shuffle. We’re always here for you.

Outside of work, I’m happily married to my husband of 17 years, David. Together we have two kids, and when I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my family and supporting my kids in their many activities including cheerleading, baseball, lacrosse, golf, and more. I also enjoy volunteering with our local PTO, athletic boosters, and the Akron Children’s Museum annual fundraiser.

Northeast Ohio has always held a special place in our hearts, which is why after college we chose to come back home to raise our family, build our careers, and help others find a place they are proud to call home.
